Regular analysis is necessary to relate past claims experience to current exposure. Such comprehensive statistical information and analysis is a vital part of risk management.
It is essential that you are able to monitor our performance in the servicing and administration of your account. To this end we will agree with you a formal service contract, briefly setting out the relationship between our two companies.
